The skills I have that can help your business…

I am a Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner with over 10 years experience of developing, implementing and managing diverse capital and revenue projects.  In addition I have 5 years experience of assessing and managing grant aided projects for the Heritage Lottery Fund. I therefore know what you need to focus on when developing and delivering new ideas within your business and can help you stay within budget and on time.  I understand how to motivate and communicate for success in a corporate environment.

I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner trained directly by Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler (co-founder of NLP) and John La Valle.  NLP provides strategies for maximising performance, setting and achieving effective goals, managing change; maximising communication; conflict resolution; & rapport building.  I have also undertaken an international Coaching Mastery Course, delivered by author and coach Michael Neill, focusing on habits of success and opportunities for change. I am an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.

My work is focused entirely on the needs of individual clients, based on the issues they present and the desires and aspirations they have for the future.  I work to help people get in touch with who they really are, create meaningful positive goals, build confidence and achieve more success and happiness.

I work in a one-to-one situation in a variety of ways including

• Reiki 

In order to develop the necessary skills to help you, I have invested in the best training available and have the following qualifications:

• NLP Master Practitioner certificate awarded by Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler and John La Valle.
• Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis awarded by Psychotherapy and Hypnosis Training Academy, Regents College, London.
• General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
• Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
• Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner Certificate Level 2 awarded by AAMET. 
• Reiki Master Practitioner certified by UK Reiki Federation.

I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists and the General Hypnotherapy Register and as such I adhere to a strict code of ethics and confidentiality.
