Corporate coaching can take a variety of forms:

Executive Coaching
Would you like to maximise the performance of your key employees, set clear goals, remove limiting beliefs and make your business more productive?  Coaching can help you to step outside your assumptions to consider things from a new perspective.  It is particularly valuable during periods of transition, enabling key influencers to grasp the opportunities that change brings rather than becoming bogged down in the fear that it can create.

One to one development is particularly valuable for business owners, managers, or new recruits. 

This kind of workplace coaching is normally carried out face-to-face with timescales matching the requirements of the sponsoring business.

Facilitation

I offer facilitation and team coaching in the following areas: project development and implementation, business planning, programme evaluation and problem-solving sessions. These can be single sessions or complete programmes.
