EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)

EFT is based on balancing the body’s energy system and has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Tapping Points

EFT releases negative feelings and has been used successfully on a whole range of physical and emotional conditions. These include pain control, panic/anxiety, stress, addictive behaviours e.g. smoking, phobias, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, weight control, personal performance improvement and many more.
It can be used for issues and feelings related to the past, the present or the future and works equally well for issues that are considered to be very ‘deep rooted’ as those that are seen as more minor in nature.

EFT uses tapping on points on the head and body while focusing on what it is that the person wants to deal with.  The process is easy to memorise and is portable so you can do it anywhere. Once learned it is an invaluable self help technique which many clients use throughout their lives.
